  • Strength programs

Start from 5×5 Strength, Novice Linear Progression, Powerlifting Base or Powerbuilding, among 41 ready-made programs.

  • Automatic progression

Switch it on for a routine and hit your reps: the next session adds weight. Undo it if a session was an off day.

  • Deloads when you stall

After three misses in a row on a lift, Mezo offers a deload of about 10%.

  • Records

Heaviest weight and best estimated one-rep max, checked every time you finish.

Open a lift from your routine or your top lifts to see its estimated one-rep max over time.

  • Rest timer

Set a rest per exercise, up to 5 minutes, with +30 seconds, pause and skip.
