See what'sactually working.

Your workouts, meals and weight have been living in different apps. Mezo keeps them together.

The app in use: ticking off a set starts the rest timer, then today's food log, the bodyweight trend and the training dashboard.

Everything you track, in one place.

Training that remembers

Last time’s weights sit next to today’s target, the rest timer starts itself, and routines add weight once you have earned it.

This is what you get.

  1. Log sets at the rack.

Every set shows what you lifted last time next to what the routine asks for. Tick it off and the rest timer starts on its own.

    • Last time and today's target on every set
    • Rest timer that starts when a set is done
    • Routines that add weight once you hit your reps
A push day in progress: Barbell Bench Press with a warm-up of 37.5 kg for 8 and two working sets of 75 kg for 8 ticked off, and the rest timer at 2:29 of 2 minutes 30.
  2. Meals in a few taps.

Search the food database, scan a barcode or log a recent meal again. Calories and macros count up against targets worked out from your body and your training.

    • Barcode scanning and recent foods
    • Calorie, protein, carb and fat targets
    • Water tracking against a daily goal
    Today's food: 1,202 kcal left of a 2,070 kcal target, with protein at 54 of 160 g, carbs at 104 of 210 g and fat at 26 of 65 g.
  3. The trend, not the noise.

Weigh in whenever you like. Mezo fits a trend line through the last 90 days, projects when you reach your goal and tells you whether you are on track.

    • Bodyweight, body fat and muscle mass
    • Goals with a projected date
    • Weekly rate of change over 90 days
Bodyweight at 80.8 kg, down 1 kg in 30 days, with a goal of 78 kg by 20 December that the trend reaches on 7 December, ahead of schedule, and a chart trending down.
  4. See what it adds up to.

Streaks, volume, your strongest lifts and the muscles you have actually trained, on one dashboard. Sometimes measured in blue whales.

    • Volume, sets and time by week, month or year
    • Estimated one-rep max for your top lifts
    • A body map of the muscles you worked
The dashboard: 1,250 ml of water, bodyweight at 80.8 kg and on track for a 78 kg goal on 7 December, and 15 workouts, 143,641 kg of volume and 263 sets in the last 30 days, each against the 30 days before.

How it works

Three habits. One loop.

Mezo is built around a simple cycle you repeat every week. The app does the arithmetic; you do the reps.

  1. 1

    Set your targets

Tell Mezo what you are working towards. It turns that into daily calorie, protein and training goals you can actually hit.

  2. 2

    Log as you go

Meals at the table, sets at the rack, weight in the morning. A few seconds each, all in one app.

  3. 3

    Review each week

The dashboard sets each week, month or year against the one before, so you adjust with evidence rather than a feeling.

Anything else? Get in touch.

  • Is Mezo really free?

Yes. Everything is free, with no card and no trial. Mezo is a hobby project run by one person. If anything ever starts to cost money, you get at least 30 days' notice by email first.

  • What happens to my data?

Mezo stores what you log and uses it to run Mezo for you, nothing else. It is kept on servers in the European Economic Area. We do not sell it, show advertising or run third-party analytics. The privacy policy has the details.

  • Can I delete my account?

Yes, from Settings. Deleting your account removes everything you logged at once, including your profile picture. Database backups are overwritten after thirty days.

  • Is there a phone app?

Mezo runs in the browser on your phone as well as your computer, and every screen is built for phone width. The iOS and Android apps are not in the stores yet.

  • Which AI assistants work with Mezo?

Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and anything else that speaks MCP. Add Mezo as a remote MCP server and approve the connection on a Mezo page; there is no key to paste. An assistant can read and log for you, but it cannot change your email or sign-in, delete your account, or see anyone else's data.

  • How do I sign in?

With your email. We send you a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.

  • I found a bug or need help.

Email support@usemezo.app , or use the contact form. Say what you were doing and what you expected to happen.
