Training

Log sets at the rack.

Build routines, follow them set by set with last time's numbers beside you, and let Mezo add weight once you hit your reps.

  • Routines and folders

Supersets, rep ranges, and warm-up, drop and failure sets. Keep routines in folders and duplicate them to make variations.

  • 41 ready-made programs

Start from the template library: add a whole program, or just the one routine you want.

  • Automatic progression

Switch it on for a routine: hit your reps and the next session adds weight, or a rep for bodyweight moves. After three misses in a row, Mezo offers a deload.

  • Rest timer

Set a rest time per exercise and it starts when you tick a set, with +30 seconds, pause, skip and a sound when it is done.

  • About 1,700 exercises

Filter by equipment or muscle, add your own, and open a lift from a routine or your top lifts to see its strength trend.

  • Plan your week

Put workouts on a calendar, repeat them daily or weekly, and sync them to Google, Apple or Outlook.

A push day in progress: Barbell Bench Press with a warm-up of 37.5 kg for 8 and two working sets of 75 kg for 8 ticked off, and the rest timer at 2:29 of 2 minutes 30.

Nutrition

Meals in a few taps.

Search, scan or pick a recent food, and watch calories and macros count up against targets worked out from your body and your training.

  • A large food database

Search Open Food Facts, plus about 8,000 foods from USDA FoodData Central.

  • Barcode scanning

Scan a packet with your phone's camera, right in the browser, or type the barcode in.

  • Recents and favourites

Your last 20 foods and up to 100 starred favourites, a tap away.

  • Targets, with the working shown

Calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre, worked out from your body, activity and training, or typed in yourself.

  • Water

Add 250, 500 or 750 ml in a tap against a daily goal, with a chart of the last seven days.

  • Your own foods

Add anything missing with its calories, and its protein, carbs, fat and fibre if you know them.

Today's food: 1,202 kcal left of a 2,070 kcal target, with protein at 54 of 160 g, carbs at 104 of 210 g and fat at 26 of 65 g.

Progress

See what it adds up to.

One dashboard for your training: volume, streaks, your strongest lifts and the muscles you have worked, each set against the period before.

  • Week, month or year

Every number sits next to the same stretch before it, so you can see whether you are up or down.

  • Volume, sets and time

Stat cards with sparklines, and a volume chart with a trend line.

  • Your strongest lifts

Your top five lifts, ranked by estimated one-rep max.

  • Muscles worked

A front and back body map with the sets each muscle got.

  • Streaks

Your current and best week streak, and a year of training days on one heatmap.

  • Your habits

Your favourite training day, workouts by weekday, and whether you are an early bird or a night owl.

The dashboard: 1,250 ml of water, bodyweight at 80.8 kg and on track for a 78 kg goal on 7 December, and 15 workouts, 143,641 kg of volume and 263 sets in the last 30 days, each against the 30 days before.

Body

The trend, not the noise.

Log bodyweight, body fat, muscle mass and body water. Mezo fits a trend through the last 90 days and shows when you will reach your goal.

  • Four measurements

Bodyweight, body fat, skeletal muscle mass and body water. Backdate, edit or delete any reading.

  • A trend line

A straight-line fit through the last 90 days, so one heavy morning does not change the picture.

  • Goals with a date

Set a goal for any measurement, with a deadline if you like, and see the date you are on course to reach it.

  • Rate of change

How fast you are trending each week, and how much you have changed over the last 30 days.

  • Your body profile

Height, age, sex, activity level and goal pace, all in one place.

  • Feeds your targets

Your calorie and protein targets are worked out from your profile, weight and body fat.

Bodyweight at 80.8 kg, down 1 kg in 30 days, with a goal of 78 kg by 20 December that the trend reaches on 7 December, ahead of schedule, and a chart trending down.

An example conversation: someone asks their assistant to log three sets of bench press, and it logs them in Mezo.

Log bench press: 3 sets of 8 at 80 kg.

  • log_workout_setset 1 · 80 kg × 8
  • log_workout_setset 2 · 80 kg × 8
  • log_workout_setset 3 · 80 kg × 8

Done. Three sets of bench press at 80 kg for 8 are in your workout.
